Pavi and Iyana Francis own Yana Cosmetics. We started this mother and daughter duo in 2018. We love to enhance women and girls’ natural neutron within. We want women and girls to be as beautiful as we see them.

What advice do you have for someone just starting out?

Never give up. Stay consistent and invest in your business and you will go far

How do you stay motivated? Do you have a routine for staying positive? If so, can you share it?

My motors my daughter to show her how to create generational wealth. Reminding myself daily of my positive affirmation

What's the one thing you wish someone would have told you when you started your business?

Even when it’s hard stay consistent all your hard work will pay off soon.
