What advice do you have for someone just starting out?

Five Things:
1. Stay curious / Keep learning
2. Understand that not everything will be easy
3. View setbacks and challenges as learning opportunities that only add to you experience
4. Listen - Listen to understand, don’t just listen to respond
5. Be kind - Understand that everyone is dealing with something. This applies to coworkers, employees, clients, and people in general.
