Tell us about your business and the services you provide.

We provide exposure for female Eneprenuers to be seen, be heard, and be visible. We do this through various platforms, such as our Podcast, Lead Up for Women: Speak Up to Lead Up, our magazine, Lead Up for Women, our Member Monday Spotlights, Teaching Tuesday masterclasses, Thrive Thursday spotlights, Lunch-N-Learns, chapters and so much more!

Lead Up for Women was organized to provide a platform for every woman to have all of the resources needed in one organization to live her best life, whether that be rising to the upper rungs of the corporate ladder, launching her own business, or requiring the strength of many other women through leadership and inspiration regardless of her qualifications or achievements.


What advice do you have for someone just starting out?

Your network is your networth, so surround yourself with a powerful tribe of those that support you and fuel your desire for success.


What is your definition of success?

Thriving in life!


How do you stay motivated? Do you have a routine for staying positive? If so, can you share it?

I stay motivated daily by:

  • Starting my day off by journaling gratitudes and reading inspirational, educational, and motivational books for self-development.

  • Surrounding myself with a strong tribe of women that fuel my success.


What's the one thing you wish someone would have told you when you started your business?

You have all the answers inside of you, and YES you can do it! You Do NOT need anyone else's permission.

Two books I recommend are:

Do you have a routine you follow that you believe helps you be successful? If so, what is it?

I do exercise daily (2-mile walks) and surround myself with positive people!
